Shannan has an amazing ability to balance a professional expertise yet being personable in her encounter. When we decided to sell our existing home, we were unsure of our desires and needs. Yet Shannan was able to help us discover exactly what we wanted by beginning to show us a few existing homes. She quickly identified our personalities and what we truly needed was to look at new builds. She was right. Shannan walked us through finding the perfect property to finishing the build by being our voice to the builders. Not only was she involved in the process but brought insights that we would not have thought about. She asks all the right questions to help lead us to perfect space. Buying a home (or selling) is a very emotional and personal process and Shannan made it so much easier and more enjoyable that we have ever experienced before. We loved her so much that we referred her to our son and daughter-in-law when they decided to buy a first home. As suspected, they loved working with her as well. Ironically, they started with a new build and Shannan helped coach them through their process which ended with buying an existing home. All that to say, she takes the time necessary to determine the needs of her clients rather than just trying to "seal a deal." She is truly in it for her clients and making their experience exactly what they need.
