The Legacy Group Real Estate, Keller Williams Realty

Effective date: October 20, 2026

Thank you for visiting thelegacygrouprealestate.com. Whether you are searching for a home in Spokane or North Idaho, thinking about selling, or exploring a career with our team, you trust us with some of your information when you reach out. This policy applies to our entire website and to all of our lead forms, and it explains, in plain language, what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean The Legacy Group Real Estate, Keller Williams Realty.

1. Information you share with us

Website forms. Our site has several contact forms. Depending on the form, we ask for:
– Your name (first and last name on some forms)
– Email address
– Phone number
– Your message and any details you choose to include

Join our team form. If you apply to join the team on our Join Our Team page, we ask for your first and last name, email, phone, whether you are currently licensed (licensed, working on a license, or considering one), where you are in your career, and an optional message.

Social media lead forms. When you fill out one of our lead forms on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn, the platform sends us the information you submit, such as your name, phone number, email address, and real estate license status, along with any answers to questions on that form. Those platforms also collect information under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Calls and emails. If you call us or email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share.

2. Information collected automatically

When you browse our site, some information is collected automatically, such as your browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and an approximate location based on your IP address. Our forms also record which page a form was sent from and include basic spam protection that checks submission timing. See Section 6 for the tools involved.

3. How we use your information

We use what you share to:
– Respond to your questions and contact you about buying, selling, or investing in real estate
– Send you marketing messages by phone, text, and email, as described in Section 4
– Talk with you about joining our team, if you applied or asked about careers
– Help you search listings and follow homes you are interested in
– Understand how our website and advertising are working so we can improve them
– Protect our forms and site from spam and abuse

4. Calls, texts, and emails

We reach out to people who contact us by phone, text message, and email, including marketing messages about homes, the market, and our services. These messages are sent through our texting and email service providers.

Text messages and calls. By submitting your phone number through our website or one of our lead forms on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn, you agree to receive calls and text messages from The Legacy Group Real Estate at that number, including marketing messages. Your consent is not a condition of buying any property or service. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or reply HELP for help.

Emails. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, so you can stop those emails whenever you like. We may still send you messages about a transaction or request you have with us.

Call tracking. We use CallRail to track calls to our phone numbers so we can see which ads and pages lead to calls. Calls may be tracked and may be recorded for quality and training.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We also do not share it with outside companies for their own marketing.

We share information only as needed to serve you:
– Our team. Inquiries from all of our website and social media lead forms go to John Graham and our inside sales associates so the right person can follow up.
– Our CRM. Lead information is stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system so our team can keep track of conversations and follow up.
– Our brokerage and service providers. We may share information with our brokerage, Keller Williams Realty, and service providers who help us operate, such as our website, hosting, home search, texting, email, and call tracking (CallRail) providers. Applications from our Join Our Team page are delivered by email through FormSubmit, a third-party form service.
– Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, our team, or others.

6. Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We and our service providers use them, along with similar technologies, for the following:

  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager help us see how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and when a form is submitted or a phone or email link is clicked.
  • Google Ads conversion tracking helps us measure whether our Google ads lead to inquiries.
  • Google reCAPTCHA helps keep spam off our forms. It is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Site functionality. Our website uses a session cookie so pages and forms work properly.
  • Home search. Our listing search (see Section 7) may set its own cookies.

You can learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies, though some site features may not work as expected.

Our site links to our pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other sites, and shows some content from those accounts. Once you click through, those sites’ own privacy practices apply.

7. Home search and listings

Our property search and listing pages are powered by a third-party real estate platform on search.thelegacygrouprealestate.com. Listing information comes from the multiple listing services we participate in. If you create an account, save a search, or request a showing through the search tool, the information you enter is collected by that platform for us. Home value and cash offer requests on our site are handled by Fello, another service provider.

8. How long we keep information

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

9. How we protect information

We use reasonable measures to protect the information you share, including secure (HTTPS) connections on our website. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

10. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:
– Tell you what personal information we have about you
– Correct information that is wrong
– Delete your information
– Stop contacting you

To make a request, email marketing@thelegacygrouprealestate.com or call our office at 509.213.0437. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within a reasonable time, consistent with applicable law. We may keep some records when the law requires it.

Residents of some states may have additional privacy rights. If that applies to you, contact us using the details above and we will help you exercise them.

11. Children

Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our tools and practices change. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
