Being a first time homebuyer I did a little bit of research on finding a realtor, saw Taylors reviews decided to giver her a try. Taylor was more than accommodating throughout the process we were relocating from across the state and for 2 months and we were trying to search for homes online and drive over on the weekends to do walkthroughs. Taylor would go to the extent of doing a FaceTime walkthrough with us so that we could eliminate or decide that we would come over to do an in person walk through. With the market as aggressive as it is it got very discouraging. Taylor must have shown us 50 houses made offers on 3 the first 2 we were the #1 back up offer the 3rd we closed on. Taylor Is VERY GOOD at what she does she is very in tune to the market and what houses are Selling for she was very confident in letting us know what price range and what AD we needed to be offering. I don't think my words will ever do justice for what Sarah did for us. She went above and beyond for us. At this crazy time in our selling market, our house sold quick and that meant we had to find something and quickly! Sarah took us to many homes and either they were offered on before we made it back home or Sarah just knew it wasn't the house for us. I was very frustrated with the market and started "settling" on houses that we really didn't want. Sarah wasn't letting us "settle". She kept on and on and on.
