Lisa did an exemplary job on finding us a house. We moved from out of town which presented its' own challenges and she was able to steer us in the right direction in terms of where to begin. She consistently responded promptly and researched anything we had questions about. Lisa continued to hone in on what we were looking for and continued to provide us with possibilities. Karlee Gibson was incredible with helping my husband and I buy our first home! She sat down with us, explained the process, and made sure my husband and I felt comfortable. Sarah was so perfect for us. My husband is in the military and we don’t live in Spokane currently but that didn’t stop us from finding our forever home because of Sarah! She was so quick to see the houses we wanted and worked with my family in Spokane to see the houses with her. She videoed or FaceTimed with us so we could see the houses. She knew her stuff when it came to putting in offers and even though we lost a few houses by getting beat out by ridiculously high offers or other dumb reasons; she tried her absolute best and kept working hard.

We have had negative experiences with real estate agents in the past, so when we when we were interested in purchasing a home in Spokane, WA while still living in CA, we researched the top-rated realtors with the qualities we were looking for online.
