Seth listed our house. He was good at responding and answering all our questions. Sometimes though, I felt like he was working for the buyer. Three times he asked if we'd be willing to move up our closing date. We couldn't because we were moving across several states and had set up certain dates for the moving van, storage and a rental.

Seth Maefsky and his phone number were in the sidebar of a home we (my wife and I) were interested in. Seth handled the sale of our house in a very professional manner. Local market conditions and other information was immediately at his disposal. He has excellent connections with service providers in the community, so we could prepare the house for listing rapidly and efficiently. Seth kept us posted by emails, phone calls and text messages enabling us to easily sign all documents remotely. Even when he was not available, coverage was seamlessly provided. We bought a home in Spokane’s South Hill with Pete and he was extremely knowledgeable about the area and market. Pete was very flexible while working with us and was on top of his game knowing when new houses came on the market and prices changed. Shanann was great! I have worked with other realtors in the past and none of them replied back as quickly as Shanann did, even if she didn't have an answer she would contact me to let me know where we were at in the process. She even came to the title company with me and I have never had a realtor do that before. I had recently moved from Nevada back home to Spokane. I had inquired about some acreage before I moved and Shanann replied. The reason I picked Shanann is because she asked me if she could sent me properties, instead of calling me or emailing me non stop like other realtors were doing. I appreciated her asking if it would be OK there was NO pressure. When we started to look at houses she would have us rate every house which really helped the process. We had a lot of bumps in the road after making an offer and she was always there to give options and to get estimates that were needed. The house is perfect!
