We chose the legacy group to buy and sell homes .This was a big mistake.They sold our home but didn't clearly explain that we had to pay off the cfr (the cost of the sewer owed to the county).we paid the buyers closing cost and wouldn't have paid if we knew we had to pay cfr. We called the ceo and asked if they would pay half of cfr and we pay the other half they said no sorry about the mistake . It was a 3500 dollar mistake . I now this company is about the money not about pleasing the customer it about their reputation I would never recommend this company to anyone

She was on top of everything. I didn't have to do much other then show up to check out the place in person. Everything went smoothly. Great professional service.

Monica Kullman exceeded every expectation that we had for a realtor. When we had contacted other "Realtors" they were unwilling to accommodate our schedule and the breadth of properties we needed to view. She cancelled her plans during Labor Day weekend, so we could fly into Spokane to look for our future dream home. Monica is very personable and will spend whatever time is required for you to make a wise purchase decision. When other Realtors balked at the idea of going to some of these more "remote" properties, Monica put in her boots and too us everywhere we wanted to go. She was extremely attentive to our needs and desires and never backed down from pushing the seller and agents for what we needed.
