We have used Seth for several of our sales. We used him for the sale of our 10 acre property in Newman Lake. It was on for a little over a week and it sold at a much higher price than we had anticipated. Again, we used him for the sale of our house in Morningside. 4 days later, the house was sold. A full price offer! Seth was never more than a text or a phone call away. How he balances his clients and makes them all feel like they are the only client he has at the time, is a mystery to me. Sarah Hoiland from The Legacy Group helped me buy my first home and she was absolutely amazing. A few weeks into looking at houses, she took me to see one that was perfect.
