In the end, she bent over backward for us, when the listing agent didn’t pull through, which we very much appreciated.

Karlee Gibson is an angel! Before I found Karlee I was working with a different realtor. I worked with this realtor for many months even though the process wasn't explained to me very well at all (first time home buyer here) and I felt in the dark by myself. Karlee explained everything to me and was there during the whole process. In less then a month she found me my home and even went above and beyond when the sellers left a couch behind that I couldn't haul off and she hauled it off for me!
