Staff Spotlight: Pamela Gaylor, Inside Sales Associate, Client Concierge

Pamela Gaylor, Inside Sales Associate, Client Concierge

One of the linchpins of  the  Legacy  Group’s  success  as an agency is  Pamela  Gaylor. Pamela has been at  the  Legacy  Group  for the last seven years, starting off as an inside sales associate, a position she still holds. But Pamela’s role has expanded over the years to become the agency’s primary client concierge, an aspect of Legacy’s business that has grown under Pamela’s capable hands.

In this role, Pamela dedicates much of her day to making sure that all of the Legacy Group’s clients’ needs are addressed: coordinating appointments, organizing client-appreciation events, setting up buyers and sellers with agents inside the agency’s office, and helping clients connect with a qualified lender. She takes great pride in making sure that everyone associated with Legacy is on track to make sure its clients are not just “taken care of” but on target to receive exceptional service.

However, Pamela’s work is not limited to the client side. She is also a key player in ensuring that new agents coming on board at Legacy are thoroughly trained on the systems and procedures used inside the office, and helping to integrate them into  this  dynamic  and  fast-paced office.

One of the things that sets Legacy apart from some other real estate agencies is that Legacy invests in building strong relationships among its agents. It is not a place where new agents, fresh from earning real estate licenses, are thrown into the business to sink or swim on their own. The managers of the Legacy Group know that they all thrive when each agent is given the tools, training, and opportunity to succeed, and they truly believe in  the  concept  of “team.”

It is part of Pamela’s mission to make sure that everyone at the agency is moving together in a positive direction, sharing a “get ‘er done” attitude that benefits both Legacy’s agents as well as its clients. But Pamela is clear that this is no “Pollyanna” operation in which nothing ever goes wrong. The work can be hard and the challenges difficult. The difference, however, lies in everyone adopting a positive and optimistic outlook and having the perseverance to muscle through the tough times.

Pamela is clear that, at Legacy, everyone has to be ready to pull their oar in the same direction that the Legacy Group is going. In cases where that does not happen, an agent who does not change course eventually realizes that Legacy is probably not a good fit. But for people who are ready to meet the challenges of this vibrant agency, as Pamela says, “Legacy’s vision is to be the place to be!”

In her spare time, Pamela spends time with family and friends, often outdoors. And if it’s summertime, you’ll probably find Pamela kayaking out on one of the lakes or rivers in the Coeur d’Alene area!

If you are interested in  selling  or  purchasing  a  house  in the Spokane or Coeur d’Alene areas and want to be connected to an agent who will exceed your expectations,  contact  Pamela  and  the  other  professionals  at  the  Legacy  Real  Estate  Group  today.
