My husband and I decided to move the the greater Spokane area early this last spring. This was quite a move for us. Spokane is 6 hours away from our home in Vancouver, WA. We got really lucky when we found Sarah. She went above and beyond to find us a home. I'm afraid we had some real challenges which included 2 failed sales on our Vancouver house resulting in a failed sale on a house in Newport. Sarah never wavered. She dug in and worked harder than ever. She finally found our dream house with all the necessary criteria. Through the whole process we dealt with many realtors on both sides of the transaction. If you ever want to buy or sell your house ask for Megan. She fights hard for you and gets you the very best deal. My son Steven and his wife Whitney recommended her to us and we are so glad we listened. She never got tired of answering all our questions no matter how silly they were. And she does so with a smile. Megan is one of the most friendliest people I know. You can tell how much she enjoys her job in all what she is doing. Megan negotiated the best price for the purchase. She also suggested we negotiate and require the Seller to repair certain items discovered in the Inspection. Her suggestions were bold, and I personally didn't think the Seller would agree to the terms. But Megan was persistent and they did. Thank you Megan!
