Steve was great as our realtor! Our sale was a little more involved as it was our Mothers Estate with a few minor issues. But Steve was very helpful and guided us through every challenging situation that arose. He always responded in a timely matter to any question (even ones that had asked before). At the end we received over asking price. I know it’s due to Steve knowing the market so well. We highly recommend Steve Hagen!!!

Shannon Bragg was great to work with. Shannon was very responsive to our request when it came to showing houses. Shannon was very knowledgeable when it came to the areas the houses were in and HOAs. She was very helpful when it came to the negotiations and corresponding with the sellers. Shannon also help when it came to financing. She worked with the financier on our behalf to make sure things went smoothly and on time.

From the time we decided to sell our house until we closed and received our funds was 5 weeks. Seth was very responsive and his team helped with the final staging, customer showings, web reports and more.
