Steve is a very reputable agent and I did 2 transactions with Steve in 3 months. He's very honest and will tell his clients of important information when purchasing and selling houses. I wish I could hire Steve as my personal real estate agent for all of my transactions but it's too bad that Steve only practices in Spokane, WA. I wish all agents are like Steve.
