Lisa did a great job! We talked to different realtors from other offices, and she was the only realtor who was willing to take time to show us recreational lots. Nobody else was willing to help us because of the small amount of commission they would receive off of the sale. She was always willing to take time to meet us and show us different properties, and send us more info when we requested. When we asked her to draw up paperwork for our offer, she had it all done within an hour - and it was in the evening! She was always available, knowledgeable and honest as well as professional and friendly. We would highly recommend her.

First off I started my home buying experience with another Realtor (not apart of Legacy), who never had time to talk and or show me houses. So I reached out to the legacy group where I found Kristine Simpson, I called her on a Sunday to look at a house I was very interested in. She informed me that she had a full schedule which I totally understood, she then called me about 2 hours later and seemed very excited she could help me and show me the house in 30 minutes if I was still available. I'm telling you this because of her willingness and selflessness to take time out of her life and her family to help mine. I would call Kristine with lists up to 20 homes I was interested in, which she would then look into and get back to me within the next 24 hours. She was ALWAYS willing to look at the houses ASAP. She was knowledgeable and understanding about my wants and needs. I have already recommended the legacy group to many people and I will continue to do so. Kristine wasn't only my realtor but also became a friend. The journey ended after looking at about 15 homes or more in person and hundreds online. Just when I was about to give up and throw in the towel for awhile because the perfect house just wasn't out there Kristine called me VERY excitedly and told me about a house that just within minutes hit the market that she knew I'd love. I looked at the pictures online told her if the house was anything like it was online, that it was the one. She proceeded to do the paperwork with my offer before we even looked at the house. We were able to do a walkthrough 2.5 hours after it hit the market (seller was occupying before then) and directly after looking at it we submitted our offer. Within the next 24 hours in was excepted, then the stress kicked in. I had a few problems with my lenders and lack of communication. Kristine then took the situation in her own hands and got the problems resolved. Kristine was very professional and her personality and knowledge just made our house buying experience all the better. I couldn't have asked for a better Realtor and I cant wait until the day I get to start a new journey with this company and Kristine.

Our agent was Sarah Hoiland. We moved from out of state without a lot of knowledge of the local market. Sarah helped sort out areas we preferred. She quickly figured out what we were looking for so that searches were well organized and used time efficiently. She was able to get information while at each home. The closing on our house went without a glitch. Sarah has been most helpful after the sale helping us find contractors for changes we are making. I highly recommend Sarah for her professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency.
