I recently purchased a Studio Condo in Spokane through the Legacy Group Network associate Sarah Hoiland. I responded to Zillow click through which forwarded to the Legacy Group. I quickly received a call to discuss my situation from Pamala Gaylor, who set me up with Sarah and created a property search. The original Condo I was watching sold before I had committed to moving to Spokane, but through the emails that I received on similar properties, I found a similar condo in the same building. I was not able to see the condo in person due to my work situation, but Sarah was very responsive, and went to the property and took videos for me. She was very helpful during the offer stages and acceptance. Legacy Group set up the title transfer with Gustafson Law for a cash purchase. The law firm personnel were great to work with also. Overall my experience with the Legacy Group and their associated law firm was the best I have experienced. I could not be happier with my experience.

This review is for the agency but more specifically regarding our buyers agent Karlee Gibson. I have to say Karlee is an amazing young lady. We have lived in Seattle for most of our lives and wanted to move to Spokane because of cost of living, four seasons and what we believe is a more laid back and pleasant city. We kind of knew what we wanted but as it turned out did not have a clue. We have a 9 year old granddaughter that lives with us so School district was a big one for us, We have lived in our current house for 27 years and the only other house we have owned we lived in for 8 years. Turns out we were very picky and changed direction often. Over the summer as we could get to Spokane to look, I believe we toured 55 homes. Karlee was gentle, understanding and never showed an ounce of frustration. I think I would have!!! First we wanted acreage, then a suburban setting, then a big suburban setting. Mead, then Central.. On and on. She listened, made appointments, spent an enormous amount of time and gas while helping to direct us based on what we told her. We were looking for a home to move to, we found a home that we are ecstatic about! Karlee is pleasant to work with, listens well, responds based on what she has heard and finds good reasons to follow up but does not do so in a way that is over the top or annoying. We could not be happier. My mother in law is moving over near us and we are having Karlee help us with that as well as using a referral to another Keller agency in the Seattle area to sell our current home and we are already impressed with. Thank you Karlee!!!

At first i chose the legacy group based on the review they have . I then met with the relator Shanann Bragg , She was a perfect fit for me . she was willing to work with me at the pace i wanted. I didn't feel pressured into looking multiple houses.she provided all the appropriate paperwork in timely manner. she was vey accessible and respond quickly she continued to check me even after the sale was completed. I am glad that the legacy group has a professional employee and assisting the citizen.

Steve Hagen was everything one would ask for in a realtor. He was helpful in our decision to set the asking price in our home. The Legacy Group Marketed our home in a very classy manner. The company that staged my home was very helpful. The photographer knew his stuff, and it was evident in the brochure...beautiful! During the showing process, Steve Hagen protected my privacy and was sensitive to my needs. He answered all of my questions with clarity giving me an insight I didn't have. Sarah was exemplary. In a sellers market, when homes were moving in a day or two, she found us a great home and closed the deal. Our house appraised at $10,000 more than we paid. Sarah provided me with great references, especially for our home warranty. She was enthusiastic, positive, and my wife and I always felt as though our search was respected as important. I don't want to move for a long while, but if I did need to find another home, I would call Sarah again in a heartbeat.
