I recently had the pleasure to work with Monica Kullman to buy my first home. She was recommended to me by a friend who also had Monica's help to purchase her first home. Oh where can I start. Our home buying process has been nothing short of stressful. Our lender backed out(you read it right our lender backed out) issues with inspections, with appraisal etc. Everything that could have possibly gone wrong did. But the one thing that always remained constant, was Karlee. She was the light for us that guided us through the entire process from start to finish over a year time span. She was so patient, so involved, reassuring and everything I needed her to be when I needed her the most. When it seemed like our journey was burning to the ground she came to fix it in a timely, professional and consistent manner that I needed. The English dictionary isnt advanced enough yet to say how amazing she is and how much I appreciate her.

We were referred to Shanann Bragg, a Buyer Specialist with the Legacy Group Network, and so glad we were. When making such a large decision, we wanted to work with someone we could trust. We were new to Spokane and, while we had purchased a home once before, we knew we didn’t know all the right questions to ask to make the best decision. We ended up buying a new construction home that was about 70% complete. We had a relatively unique experience working directly with the builder on the final touches and details for the home. Shanann was there for every builder meeting and tracked and documented all the details. Shanann is incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at her job, she felt like a friend after the first meeting and certainly is a friend now. We love our new home! We recommend Shanann Bragg to everyone! She is exceptionally knowledgeable and works hard to ensure you find your dream home.

Shanann was excellent to work with! As first time home buyers she made it very easy. She really was with us step by step through the whole process and made sure to check in with us. I had the pleasure of working with Monica Kullman of The Legacy Group. She was very in tune to our wants. We were not shown any houses that were far outside of what we communicated. Responsiveness was off the charts. On the day of closing, we had driven our family across the state to find the previous owner was not out, despite their agent's confirmation that they would be. When we told Monica of this she immediately drove out to the home, dealt with the previous owners, and brought pizza for our kids. I don't know if one could have a more positive home buying experience.
