Received a call back in February, wasn't ready to buy then so was put on a call back a few months down the road. Few months came and the whirlwind of looking for a home, getting preapproved, the stress, the waiting, started. I was matched up with a great Realtor, Lisa Peters. We hit it off from the getgo. Two days in I was already looking and submitting an offer on a house! She answered all my questions, didn't make me feel hurried, she took her time where needed, was precise and knowledgeable in the type of loan I had. She's friendly, knows the area, doesn't pressure you to go up to your highest preapproval amount. She's professional but yet felt like a friend just out looking at houses. Her response time to emails and texts were quick, she would rearrange a thing or two in her day in order to get me in a house to look at. I wasn't approved for a high amount so the sooner I got in to look at a house the better. She is there for you! For you the buyer! She wants to find you, your own little piece of heaven. My experience in all this was fantastic. Better than I hoped for. It was a fast market so we had to act fast but Lisa got me in a house, that I love. We purchased a condo in Coeur d Alene ,Id. Lyndsi Lee worked on our offer until 9:30 at night trying to asssure our offer was in.
