Michael Kiter is a Productivity Coach here at Legacy Group Real Estate, as well as a listing and buyer’s agent for clients in both Washington and Idaho. He is a native of Spokane, and recently returned to the Spokane area after living in Seattle.
As a graduate of the University of Washington, Michael has enjoyed working in real estate for 13 years and is licensed in both Washington and Idaho. He attributes his current position at the Legacy Group to a simple philosophy: “I started showing up and continued showing up.” That’s just Michael’s humble way of saying that he is both consistent and persistent, which explains his success in the real estate field.
In an industry that is notorious for being cyclical, and where success depends on persevering through both the good times and the bad, Michael has effectively achieved staying power. He credits his success to the knowledge that his job is not just to help people buy and sell homes, but to make people’s dreams a reality.
