Working with Patrick Armstrong

Patrick believes luxury is not a price point but an experience, and his customer service reflects it. He brings hard work, strong values and ethics, and the drive to fight for his clients to every transaction, helping buyers discover their dream homes and sellers reach their goals.

From the Pool to Real Estate

Patrick Armstrong was born and raised in Golden, Colorado, where he grew up in the swimming pool. From the age of five he trained toward the Olympics, until a 2012 injury led him to redirect his dreams. He earned a degree in Sociology from Asbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky, which eventually led him to real estate. The passion and perseverance from competitive swimming carry into everything he does for clients.
