Jim Niewiarowski, SRS, ABR, HFR, is a Listing and Buyer's Agent in Idaho with The Legacy Group Real Estate, a Keller Williams team serving North Idaho and the Inland Northwest. He brings 35+ years of cross-industry experience in marketing, sales, and contract negotiation to his clients.

Licensed in both Idaho and California, with graduate degrees in Marketing and Management, Jim aims to empower you and your family with tomorrow in mind.

Life in North Idaho

Outside of real estate, Jim Niewiarowski is active in his church community and sings tenor with Chorale Coeur d'Alene, where he also volunteers as Marketing Director. He enjoys boating on the Spokane River and Lake Coeur d'Alene and shows classic cars, weather permitting.
