About Jim Niewiarowski

Jim brings 35+ years of successful cross-industry experience in Marketing, Sales & Contract Negotiation to his clients. Working closely with his expert support team at Legacy Group Network, he pledges to meet and exceed the real estate expectations of buyers and investors. He is aware that one's home is that haven upon which we build "roots" and promote "wings" of involvement within the community. He keeps this into focus as he welcomes the first-time home buyer, those who wish to downsize, and those ready to move into that dream home they've always wanted. In his free time, Jim is active in his church community, sings as a tenor with Chorale Coeur d'Alene and volunteers as its Marketing Director, enjoys his boat on the Spokane River and Lake CDA, and participates in classic car shows, weather permitting. Real Estate licensed in both Idaho and California, and holding graduate degrees in both Marketing and Management, allow Jim to "empower you and your family with tomorrow in mind" here in Northern Idaho.
