Claudia Restrepo's Story

Claudia arrived in the U.S. from Colombia in 2003, alone and without speaking a word of English. Within five years, she built a successful real estate team in Spokane. In 2013 she moved to the Miami area to become Operating Principal of the Keller Williams Coral Gables and Coconut Grove Market Center, which grew to more than 350 agents within three years.

A National Leader in Real Estate

In 2016, Claudia Restrepo became the first woman ever to reach the number-one spot on the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Top 250 list, and she has continued to rank among its top Latino team leaders. She also led the expansion of Keller Williams into Colombia, bringing the franchise to the country in September 2017. By the end of 2018 it had six market centers and more than 300 agents, making it the largest real estate sales force in the country.
